Beta.v18 – Release Notes
- Added support for direct messaging between members.
- Added new member setting to support forcing site layout to use max screen size.

Beta.v17 – Release Notes
- Completed preparation process for public beta launch.
- Added support for limiting maximum characters shown in RSS generated posts.
Beta.v16 – Release Notes
- Moved gwoup footer from bottom of page to bottom of section area to reduce page background conflicts with text and link colors.
- Added primary background color to gwoup searches when no gwoup banner image exists.
- Updated design of several pages to bring them more in line with primary site layout.
Beta.v15 – Release Notes
- Added new text-based archive system that allows posts and comments to be viewed in a clean, non-themed layout.
- Added support for new archive system that allows gwoup admins to make gwoup archives viewable by members or everyone.
- Added support for sitemap.xml file for each gwoup as long as Archives Access is set to Everyone (Public).
Beta.v14 – Release Notes
- Rebuilt the Learn More page for the main Gwoup site to improve consistency and to prepare for expanding it over time.
- Added new Commonly Asked Questions section to the Gwoup Learn More page that we be an ongoing work-in-progress as more questions are asked by users.
Beta.v13 – Release Notes
- Made the selectable color chart only appear when triggered when editing color fields in the Theme Editor.
- Added support for resetting color fields in the Theme Editor.
- Added ability to remove color field value with one click in the Theme Editor.
Beta.v12 – Release Notes
- Changed method Theme Editor uses to select currently active theme to sync with current admin user theme to prevent confusion caused by theme changing when opening and closing the Theme Editor.
- Removed page reloads for certain areas of the Theme Editor to improve performance.
- Added a new standalone page for viewing and copying a gwoup invite link to share with others.
- Moved the Theme Editor and responsive sidebar menu toggle buttons to bottom right of pages and consolidated them into an action bar with the scroll page up icon to move them more out of the way while improving accessibility.
- Removed the option to select a theme when running the Setup process for gwoups.
- Made the Theme Editor automatically open on the site home page after completing the initial setup process.
Beta.v11 – Release Notes
- Added support for all gwoups to provide Light and Dark themes.
- Added support for members to use Site Default theme or specifically show the Light or Dark theme when viewing a gwoup.
- Added support for gwoup admins to select a default them to show when members have not set a preferred theme for the gwoup.
- Made several improvements to the Theme Editor interface and functionality.
- Added sticky console header to Theme Editor that provides a Save Changes and Reset buttons when any theme settings have been changed but not saved.
- Added support for deleting gwoups.
Beta.v10 – Release Notes
- Completely redesigned and rebuilt the CSS theme system.
- Created completely new method of customizing colors for gwoups via the new Theme Editor overlay window.
- The Admin Console lets gwoup admins view color selections in real-time before saving any changes.
- The Admin Console provides access to a small number of color settings to keep the customization process as simple as possible.
- Added support for slider-based adjustments to the Admin Theme Editor that will allow gwoup admins to change the color scheme of the main gwoup site using sliders.
- Replaced the previous test themes with two new themes, Light and Dark, that are used as the starting foundation of the new theme coloring system.
- Added a new Admin Theme Editor activation button to the top left of the site for gwoup admins.
- Modified several more areas of the site to be more consistent in design.
- Added support to Admin Layout for locking theme settings to prevent changes.
- Added link in the Admin Panel to enable and open the site theme editor console.
Beta.v9 – Release Notes
- Completely rewrote the sidebar and menubar systems to reduce clutter and make navigation easier.
- Restructured most areas to be more consistent and to better identify pages.
- Fixed issue with member unban process.
- Added support for including a reason why a member is banned.
Beta.v8 – Release Notes
- Completely rewrote the post and comment actions system and removed the previous dropdown method so that it is easier to use and more mobile friendly.
- Completely restructured the member settings pages to separate types of settings into their own pages.
- Cleaned up the layout of the member settings pages and removed the banner image from showing in those areas.
- Rewrote the meta lines of most posts and comments to use a consistent system supporting mouse-over date/time reveals for post/comment date fields.
- Added support for user-selected timezones to make dates and times more relevant to users at a local level.
- Created the first three themes for the new theme system supporting Light, Dark and Dark Chat themes.
- Added highlight colors to posts, comments and members that need to be reviewed for approval.
Beta.v7 – Release Notes
- Fixed a bug that was preventing several admin links from appearing in the sidebar of the admin panel.
- Completely rewrote the theme system to use a much simpler structure to make customization easier in the future.
- Fixed a few minor display issues.
Beta.v6 – Release Notes
- Added notification alerts to Launchpad and group management on the main site.
- Added unreviewed members, posts and comments stats to gwoup management areas on the main site.
- Attached the userbar to the gwoup header.
- Gwoups are now sorted based on your last time active in the gwoup.

- Added new user bar below header section to make it easier to access important gwoup and user settings.
- Moved Admin link from bottom of sidebar menu to top for gwoup owners.
- Removed settings gear icon from gwoup headers.

Beta.v4 – Release Notes
- Added support for an alert system for gwoup sites to provide helpful alert messages to gwoup owners as well as members.
- Added support for creating invite links with unlimited uses.
Beta.v3 – Release Notes
- Rewrote and replaced the Gwoup Pro system to be account-based rather than gwoup-based.
- Replaced the Edit Account page that only let you change your email and password with a new My Account page that shows user details and provides links to pages where the details can be edited.
- Added new Change Email Address page to make it easier for users to change their email addresses.
- Added new Change Password page to make it easier for users to change their passwords.
- Made several improvements and tweaks to site layout to make it more consistent while improving the user experience.
- Added Learn More section to side menu that will be expanded over time.
